| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním jednotlivých charakteristik zdravotnických systémů ve Španělsku, Německu, České republice a Spojených státech amerických. Práce obsahuje teoretický vstup do problematiky zdravotnických systémů, konkrétní charakteristiky zdravotnických systémů vybraných států a vlastní práci. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na srovnání základních modelů zdravotnictví, základních charakteristik zdravotnických systémů vybraných států a srovnání zdrojů financování. Důležitou součástí praktické částí je porovnání zdravotnických ukazatelů a indikátorů cílových zemí. | cs |

The practical part is focused on the comparison of the basic models of health care, basic characteristics of the health systems of selected countries and comparison of funding sources.
