Hodnocení rozšíření podnikatelské činnosti malé firmy

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je určit a navrhnout majiteli firmy ZSService nejvhodnější způsob výuky anglického jazyka. Při řešení problému bylo využito metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování. Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol včetně úvodu a závěru. Ve druhé kapitole jsou popsány znalosti z oblasti teorie rozhodování, kde jsou přiblíženy metody určení vah kritérií, metody stanovení variant a popis jednotlivých fází rozhodovacího procesu. Ve třetí kapitole je vyhotovena analýza současného zaměření podnikatelské činnosti firmy. Ve čtvrté kapitole bakalářské práce je provedeno hodnocení rozšíření podnikatelské činnosti a v páté kapitole se zabýváme zhodnocením přínosů pro firmu, které výběrem nejlepší varianty vzniknou.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to find and suggest the best way of teaching English language to the owner of ZSService company. To solve the problem the methods of multiple-criteria decision making were used. The thesis is divided into six chapters including introduction and conclusion. The second chapter involves theory of decision making, describes methods of calculating criteria weights, methods of establishing alternatives and characterizes individual stages of decision making process. The third chapter provides an analysis of the current activities of the company. An assessment of company’s activities expansion is undertaken in the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter presents an evaluation of benefits which the company will gain from choosing the best alternative.
