| dc.description.abstract | Tématem této diplomové práce je „Analýza investičního záměru“. Zabývá se problematikou investičního rozhodování ve společnosti NOPRA, s. r. o. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti manažerského účetnictví, investic, cílů podniku, investiční strategie, fází realizace investičního projektu, zdrojů financování projektu a ekonomických kritérií hodnocení projektů. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu investičního projektu ve vybrané společnosti a na zhodnocení dle vybraných ekonomických kritérií. | cs |
