Vyhodnocení procesu oddlužení v České republice

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je specifikovat a přiblížit pojem a samotný proces oddlužení, definovat příčiny jeho vzniku a zároveň důsledky, jež sebou přináší. V teoretické části je rozebrán insolvenční zákon, insolvenční řízení a subjekty v něm vystupující a základní pojmy související s institutem oddlužení. Následně jsou vyhodnoceny ekonomické a sociální důsledky vedoucí k zadlužení. Praktická část zahrnuje případové studie, které zobrazují proces oddlužení dlužníků, kteří vstoupili do oddlužení v průběhu roku 2015 a 2016. Druhá část praktické kapitoly se zabývá analýzou a vyhodnocením ukazatelů zadluženosti.

The thesis is to specify and explain the term and process of deleveraging, define its causes as well as consequences that entails. The theoretical part analyzes the insolvency law, insolvency proceedings and entities acting in it and the basic concepts associated with the institution of debt relief. The economic and social consequences, which leads to indebtedness, are evaluated at the end of the theoretical part. The beginning of the practical part includes case studies, which show a process of a debt relief of debtors who entered into debt reduction during 2015 and 2016. The second part of the chapter deals with the practical analysis and evaluation of debt ratios.
