dc.description.abstract	ílem diplomové práce je nalézt využitelné možné příležitosti a hrozby spediční firmy NH - TRANS, SE. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním základních pojmů a popisem vybraných metod strategické analýzy. Praktická část se nejprve věnuje obecnému a oborovému okolí podniku NH – TRANS, SE. Poté práce zkoumá interní prostředí vybrané společnosti. Získané příležitosti a hrozby z analýz vnějšího a interního prostředí jsou následně podrobeny SWOT analýze. Na základě získaných výsledků SWOT analýzy jsou vytvořena návrhy a doporučení pro společnost NH – TRANS. SE	cs
dc.description.abstract	The goal of this diploma thesis is to find potential opportunities and threats of logictical company NH - TRANS , SE . The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with defining of the basic terms and descriptions of selected methods of strategical analysis. The practical part delas with gereral and professional sectors of the company NH - TRANS , SE . Then, the work examines the internal environment of the selected company. Acquired opportunities and threats are subjected to a SWOT analysis. Based on the results of SWOT analysis there are made suggestions and recommendations for the company NH - TRANS . SE	en
