Spolupráce Evropské unie s vybranými integracemi východní Evropy

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je představit hlavní aspekty teorie integračních procesů, shrnout vývoj integrační spolupráce zemí východní Evropy a zhodnotit vliv spolupráce Evropské unie se zeměmi východní Evropy na vytváření integračních procesů v tomto regionu. V první části této práce jsou popsány teoretické základy integračních procesů, včetně integračních teorií a příkladu Evropské unie, jako fungující integrační organizace. Další část je zaměřena na perspektivy integrační spolupráce zemí východní Evropy, kde jsou konkrétně rozpracovány jednotlivé integrační seskupení, které představujíve východní Evropě určitou konkurenci pro Evropskou unii. Poslední část obsahuje analýzu vlivu EU na formování integrační spolupráce ve východní Evropě. Je zde analyzován politický postoj jednotlivých států vůči nabízené spolupráci z EU a Ruska, který je podpořen ekonomickou analýzou zahraničního obchodu mezi zeměmi východní Evropy a oběma zmiňovanými mocnostmi.

The objective of the diploma thesis is to introduce main aspects of the theory of integration processes, to sum up evolution of the integration cooperation of Eastern European countries and to evaluate the influence of the cooperation of the European union with Eastern European countries on creating of integration processes in this region. In the first part of this theses, theory of integration processes is described, including introduction of the European union as the example of functioning integration organization. Next part is focused on perspectives of integration cooperation of Eastern European countries where individual integration groups are specifically elaborated thatrepresentcertain competition for the European union from the Eastern Europe. The last part contains the analysis of the influence of the EU on the forming of the integration cooperation in the Eastern Europe. There is analysed political position of individual states towardsoffered cooperation from the EU and Russia. This analysis is supported by economic analysis of the foreign trade between analysed countries of the Eastern Europe and both mentioned powers.
