| dc.description.abstract | Práce srovnává „Martincův“ celní zákon z roku 1927 s aktuálně platnou právní úpravou. Celní právo bylo v roce 1927 tímto zákonem významně novelizováno a následující zákonodárci z něj významně těžili. Oproti tomu současná právní úprava celnictví je daleko komplexnější a roztříštěná. Po provedeném rozboru staré a současné celní úpravy, jsme nalezli znaky, poznámky a ustanovení, které s malými změnami přetrvaly. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The master thesis compares "Martincův" Tariff Act of 1927 with the currently applicable law. Customs Law was in 1927 significantly amended by this Act and the subsequent legislators benefited greatly from it. In contrast, the currently customs law is far more complex and fragmented. Following an analysis of old and current customs regulations, we found letters, notes and provisions that small changes remain. | en |
