Analýza spotřeby řezných nástrojů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou spotřeby nástrojů při obrábění polotovarů ze šedé litiny 42 2420 za účelem zefektivnění obrábění a snížení nákladů. V úvodu práce jsou popsány výchozí podmínky, jako je polotovar dílce, obráběcí stroj, nástroje. Další část práce je zaměřena na rozdíly mezi původními a novými řeznými parametry, návrhy opracování a provedené zkoušky. Dokázat, že při zvyšování řezných parametrů se sice zvýší spotřeba řezných nástrojů, ale z hlediska ekonomického se tato vyšší spotřeba výměnných břitových destiček vrátí několikanásobně na úspoře financí díky zrychlení celé operace. Poslední odstavce se zabývají celkovým ekonomickým zhodnocením.

The bachelor thesis deals with analysis of tool consumption in machining of gray cast iron 42 2420. In order to make machining more efficient and to reduce costs. At the beginning of the thesis, the initial conditions are described, such as semi-finished part, machine tool, tools. Another part of the thesis is focused on the differences between the original and the new cutting parameters, the machining proposals and the tests performed. Prove that cutting cutting parameters increase while consuming cutting tools, but from an economic point of view, this increased consumption of replaceable cutting inserts will return multiple times to save money thanks to the acceleration of the entire operation. The last paragraphs deal with overall economic appreciation.
