Návrh na rozšíření sortimentu ve výrobním družstvu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování návrhu na rozšíření sortimentu ve výrobním družstvu. V teoretické části práce je vymezen projekt, náklady a kalkulace, včetně vybraných metod projektového řízení a kalkulací. Součástí práce je charakteristika výrobního družstva a analýza jeho sortimentu. V praktické části je zpracován projekt rozšíření sortimentu ve výrobním družstvu. Projekt je realizován dle sestaveného plánu projektu. Následně je vytvořena kalkulace nákladů a stanovena cena. Konkrétní nabídka je předložena odběratelům, a na základě jejich reakce je sestaven plán výroby na 2 roky. V závěru práce je projekt zhodnocen a jsou stanovena doporučení, jak v projektu pokračovat.

The aim of the thesis is an elaboration of the proposal for enlargement of range of goods in a manufacturing cooperative. In the theoretical part of the thesis is definated the project, costs and costing, including selected methods of project management and calculation. Part of the thesis is the characteristic of the manufacturing cooperative and the analysis of its range of goods. In the practical part, the project of enlargement of range of goods in the production cooperative is elaborated. The project is implemented according to the project plan. Subsequently, a cost calculation and a set price are created. A specific offer is submitted to customers and based on their response a 2-year production plan is drawn up. At the end of this thesis, the project is evaluated and recommendations are established for the project to continue.
