Analýza investičního záměru modernizace kapacit zemědělského podniku

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je posoudit investiční záměr modernizace kapacit vybraného zemědělského podniku zaměřeného na chov jatečných prasat. Řešení zvoleného problému je zpracováno ve formě technickoekonomické studie, na jejímž základě bude zhodnoceno věcné a ekonomické opodstatnění investičního projektu. Pro zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti projektu byla aplikována metoda čisté současné hodnoty, vnitřního výnosového procenta, doby návratnosti a index rentability. Na základě výsledků technickoekonomické studie investičního záměru bylo doporučeno, aby byl zamýšlený projekt vedením podniku přijat. Výsledky této práce poskytují vedení podniku ucelený náhled na projekt pro rozhodnutí o jeho realizaci.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the investment intention of modernizing the capacities of a selected agricultural company focused on the breeding of pigs for slaughter. The solution of the chosen problem is elaborated in the form technical-economic study, on the basis of which the substantive and economic justification of the investment project will be evaluated. To evaluate the economic efficiency of the project, the net present value, the internal rate of return, the payback period and the profitability index were applied. Based on the results of the technical and economic study of the investment plan, it was recommended that the intended project be accepted by the company management. The results of this diploma thesis give the company management a comprehensive view of the project for a decision about its implementation.
