Inovace systému uživatelských rolí a oprávnění IS SAP

Abstract

Cílem této práce bylo inovovat systém uživatelských rolí a oprávnění informačního systému SAP. V první části byla shrnuta teoretická a metodická východiska ERP systémů, informačního systému SAP, SAP autorizačního konceptu, knihovny nejlepších praktik ITIL či auditu uživatelských rolí a oprávnění. Praktická část je zaměřena na inovaci systému uživatelských rolí a oprávnění na základě analýzy současného stavu a teoretických a metodických základů. Je zde také popsáno, jak byl inovovaný systém vytvořen a testován v prostředí informačního systému SAP. Poslední část je věnována zhodnocení inovovaného systému uživatelských rolí a oprávnění.

The aim of this thesis was innovation of the system of user’s roles and the IS SAP authorizations. In the first part, there are summarized theoretical and methodological bases of ERP systems, information system SAP, SAP authorization concept, ITIL best practices or audit of user’s roles and authorizations. The practical part is focused on innovation of the system of user’s roles and authorizations based on the analysis of the current state and theoretical and methodological bases. There is also described how the innovated system was created and tested in information system SAP. Last part is focused on evaluation of this innovated system of the user’s roles and authorizations.
