Změna systému motivace členů mezinárodní studentské organizace AIESEC

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je změna systému motivace ve studentské organizaci AIESEC. První část se zaměřuje na popis teoretických poznatků získaných z odborné literatury. Jsou zde definovány pojmy, metody a postupy dané problematiky. V druhé části je charakterizována organizace AIESEC, popsána oblast jejího působení a je provedena analýza současného systému motivace a jsou navrhnuty změny pro vedení organizace. Závěrečná část je shrnutím celé bakalářské práce.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is Changing the Motivation System of the International Student Organization AIESEC Members. The first part focuses on the description of the theoretical knowledge gained from the literature. There are defined concepts, methods, and procedures the issue. The second part characterizes AIESEC organization, describes its business area, analyzes present motivation system and suggests changes for organization management. Finally, there is a conclusion of the whole bachelor thesis.
