Financial Situation Assessment of the NetEase, Inc. Company

Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the NetEase company which is an Internet company in China.This thesis can be divided into four parts. The first chapter is going to introduce the main goals and basic structure of this thesis. The second chapter introduce the method we used in this thesis which including financial statements and financial ratios. We will explain the basic statement we used in this thesis and the meaning and calculation of all the ratios we used in chapter 3. The third chapter describes the basic information of NetEasse company firstly which including the basic business if the company. Then we will evaluate the NetEase company by using the method we have already mentioned in chapter 2 to analyze the profitability, solvency, liquidity and stability of company during 2011 to 2015. This part is the most important part of this thesis and the process of calculations will be all represented in this chapter. The forth chapter is going to summarize the results from the previously analysis. The last chapter will make a conclusion about the financial condition in the NetEase company among 2011 to 2015 and also we will make comments and give some suggestions according to the result.
