Analýza spokojenosti obyvatel se sportovním vyžitím v daném městě

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat možnosti sportovního vyžití obyvatel města Karviné, zjistit, zda jsou spokojeni s nabídkou sportovišť a sportů ve městě, jaké sporty obyvatelé nejčastěji provozují a zda jsou spokojeni s celkovou situací sportu ve městě. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. V první části se práce zabývá vymezením základních pojmů, které se týkají dané problematiky a následně jsou tyto pojmy aplikovány v praktické části. V praktické části práce popisuje prostředí, kde bylo prováděno výzkumné šetření a také výčet oblastí sportovního vyžití, které město nabízí. K dosažení cíle práce bylo využito metody rozhovoru, kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření a SWOT analýzy. Z výsledků uskutečněného výzkumného šetření bylo zjištěno, že obyvatelé města Karviné jsou převážně spokojeni s nabídkou sportovního vyžití ve městě, dále jsou také spokojeni s nabídkou sportů a sportovišť ve městě. Obyvatelé dále poukázali na některé nedostatky ve sportovním vyžití města Karviné. Na základě zjištěných informací byly doporučeny návrhy, které by mohly být využity ke zlepšení stavu sportovního vyžití města Karviné.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to analyse the level of leisure sports activities of the population of Karviná, to find out whether they are satisfied with the offer of the sports fields and sports in the city, which sports the inhabitants do most often and whether they are satisfied with the overall situation of sport in the city. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical term specification of related issues which are subsequently applied in the practical part. In the second part of the thesis the environment in which the survey was performed is described as well as the enumeration of regions of leisure sports activities in the town. To reach the aim of the thesis the methods of an interview, a quantitative questionnaire survey and a SWOT analysis were applied. From the results of the research conducted it was found out that the inhabitants of the city of Karviná are predominantly satisfied with the level of leisure sports activities, they are also satisfied with the offer of the sports fields and sports in the town. Despite their satisfaction, they have reported some drawbacks in the leisure sports activities in the town. Based on such results some suggestions, which might help to improve the current status of leisure sports activities of the population of Karviná, have been made.
