Identifikace příležitostí a hrozeb strojírenské společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací příležitostí a hrozeb ve strojírenské společnosti VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a. s. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy strategie, strategické řízení, strategická analýza (vnitřní a vnější) a finanční analýza. Aplikační části předchází popis organizace a její analýza, včetně finanční analýzy. Aplikační část představuje analýzu společnosti z pohledu PEST analýzy s využitím předpokladů vývoje HDP, inflace, světových cen oceli, cen pohonných hmot, kurzu koruny, růstu minimálních mezd a zohlednění mezd v rámci kraje. Součástí práce je popis konkurenčního prostředí dané společnosti s výčtem největších konkurentů.

This bachelor thesis deals with the identification of opportunities and threads in engineering company VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a. s. In theoretical part, the definitions of strategy, the management of strategy, the strategic analysis (inner and outer analysis), and the financial analysis are described. Before the application part, the description of the company and the company analysis, including the financial analysis, is stated. The application part presents the analysis of the company from the point of view of PEST analysis using the assumptions of the gross domestic product evolution, inflation, the global steel prices, the fuel price, the Czech crown exchange rate, the minimum wage growth, as well as utilisation of the overall wage in the region. The final part of the thesis is dedicated to the description of the competition companies with the list of the main competitors.
