The theoretical part defines public administration and e-government. The practical part contains an analysis of selected eGovernment services in the Czech Republic, compares the state of eGovernment in the Czech Republic and the EU countries according to the methodology of the UN and the European Commission, and contains a questionnaire survey which assesses citizens' attitudes towards using eGovernment services. | en |
