Diagnostika finančního zdraví výrobního podniku

Abstract

Úkolem této práce je diagnostika finančního zdraví výrobního podniku, tedy komplexní posouzení současné finanční a ekonomické situace společnosti za pomoci specifických postupů a metod. Finanční analýza je zpracována za období 2012 až 2016. Po objasnění podstaty finanční analýzy a definování jednotlivých ukazatelů je stručně charakterizována vybraná společnost. V praktické části je provedena analýza absolutních, poměrových a rozdílových ukazatelů, na které navazují souhrnné indexy hodnocení. V práci je proveden výpočet ekonomické přidané hodnoty, tzv. EVA Equity dle ministerstva průmyslu a obchodu ČR. Závěrečné shrnutí práce obsahuje mezipodnikové srovnání společnosti s odvětvím a vyhodnocení dosažených výsledků, které se staly východiskem pro návrh doporučení.

The goal of this thesis is to diagnose the financial health of the manufacturing company sense consider the company’s current financial and economical with the aid of specific procedures and methods. The financial analysis is compiled for the period from 2012 to 2016. After the explanation subject-matter of the financial analysis and definition individual indicators there is the analysed company briefly characterised. In the practical part there are performed analysis of absolute indicators, analysis of ratio indicators and analysis of differential indicators which is followed by comprehensive evaluation indexes. In this thesis there are performed calculations of the economic value added, so called EVA Equity according to the Ministry of the industry and trade Czech Rebublic. The final summary includes the intercompanies comparison of the company with the industry and evaluations with the results which became the basis for the suggestion of recommendation.
