Činnost a hospodaření Městské policie Frýdek-Místek

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou činnosti a hospodaření Městské policie Frýdek-Místek. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit činnost a hospodaření Městské policie Frýdek-Místek a formulovat návrhy a doporučení. Práce se dělí na úvod, vymezení obecní policie, charakteristiku Městské policie Frýdek-Místek, analýzu činnosti a hospodaření, zhodnocení, návrhy a doporučení a závěr. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je vymezena obecní policie, její organizace a řízení, financování obecní policie, povinnosti a oprávnění strážníků a následně je charakterizována Městská policie Frýdek-Místek. V praktické části je analyzována činnost a hospodaření Městské policie Frýdek-Místek za období 2012-2016. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou navržena doporučení.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the activity and financial management of the Municipal Police of Frýdek-Místek. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the activity and financial management of the Municipal Police of Frýdek-Místek and formulate suggestions and recommendations. The bachelor thesis is divided into the introduction, definition of municipal police, characteristics of the Municipal Police of Frýdek-Místek, analysis of aktivity and financial management, evaluation, proposals and recommendations and conclusion. The bachelor thesis contains a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is characterized municipal police, its organization and management, financing of municipal police, authorization and duty of the police officers and subsequently it is characterized Municipal Police of Frýdek-Místek. The practical part analyzes the activity and financial management of the Municipal police of Frýdek-Místek for the period 2012-2016. On the basis of the information are suggested recommendations.
