Využití manažerského účetnictví ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce „Využití manažerského účetnictví ve vybrané obchodní společnosti“ se v úvodu zabývá manažerským účetnictvím včetně jeho dílčích složek. Teoretická část zahrnuje vymezení klíčových pojmů týkajících se této problematiky a komparaci manažerského a nákladového účetnictví. V praktické části jsou aplikovány poznatky získané z manažerského účetnictví na společnost KEN KOVO s.r.o. a zároveň je provedena analýza současné situace v oblasti nákladů, výnosů a marže, přičemž jsou navrženy řešení pro zlepšení efektivnosti chodu společnosti.

The Bachelor thesis „Use of managerial accounting in the selected business company” deals in its introduction with the managerial accounting including its sub-components. The theoretical part contains definitions of key terms regarding this topic as well as the comparison of managerial and financial accounting. In the practical part the observations obtained in the field of managerial accounting are applied at the company KEN KOVO Ltd. together with performing an analysis of the current situation in the area of costs, revenues and margins, where at the same time solutions are proposed to improve the effectiveness of the company.
