Abstract

Tato práce je věnovaná zaměstnávaní osob se zdravotním postižením u zaměstnavatele FULLCOM s.r.o. V teoretické rovině se práce zabývá aktuální právní úpravou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením na území České republiky. Praktická část práce se poté zabývá konkrétními podmínkami uplatňovanými při zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením ve společnosti FULLCOM s.r.o. Závěrečná část práce je věnována zhodnocení současné právní úpravy ve vztahu k získaným poznatkům ze společnosti FULLCOM s.r.o. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit aktuální situaci zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením ve společnosti FULLCOM s.r.o.

This thesis is devoted to the employment of persons with disabilities at the employer FULLCOM s.r.o. On the theoretical level the thesis deals with the current legal regulation of the employment of persons with disabilities in the territory of the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis deals then with the specific conditions applied in the employment of persons with disabilities in the company FULLCOM s.r.o. The final part of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the current legal regulation in relation to the acquired knowledge from the company FULLCOM s.r.o. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current employment situation of people with disabilities in the company FULLCOM s.r.o.
