Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to compare the competing systems of smart electrical wiring by TECO and LOXONE when implemented in family home project documentation. The main reason for this thesis is the ever expanding range of available wiring systems. The introductory part presents the topic of building installation systems and clarifies the differences between conventional and smart electrical wiring systems. The history, development and present of smart wiring are described. This is followed by the introduction of a few selected systems available in our market, their operation principle, advantages and applications.
In the practical part of the thesis, a project of a smart system for a single family home was created using two systems TECO and LOXONE, which are subsequently compared. Furthermore, a comparison of technical and economic aspects of the two systems was performed, determining their advantages and disadvantages.
