Konkurenceschopnost podniku INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS, a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku konkurenceschopnosti podniku INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS, a.s. a s tím související dílčí problémy. Cílem diplomové práce je provedení zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti firmy INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS, a.s. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se skládá z teoretických pojmů, které zahrnují informace o podniku, podnikatelích a samotnou teorii podnikání. V následující kapitole je popsáno prostředí podniku, které se rozděluje na vnitřní a vnější a poté jsou rozvedeny analýzy těchto dvou odvětví s nejběžnějšími metodami, které se s těmito analýzami provádějí. Třetí částí této kapitoly vyobrazuje objasnění důležitých pojmů konkurence, konkurenceschopnost a konkurenční výhoda, které poslouží k další části mé diplomové práce jako klíčové znaky. Následuje kapitola s představením společnosti INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS, a.s. V této kapitole je také popsáno, co je předmětem výroby a prodeje této firmy a také jaké požadavky na jakost jsou potřeba na mezinárodní úrovni. Další kapitoly se již týkají praktické části mé diplomové práce a je zde zpracování vybraných metod uvedených v teoretické části a těmi bude posuzována konkurenceschopnost, konkurence společnosti INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS, a.s. Jsou využity metody analýzy jak z vnitřního tak z vnějšího prostředí analyzované společnosti INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS, a.s. a pomocí nich následné vyhodnocení faktu, jakým postavením podnik disponuje a zda je konkurenční jak v rámci tuzemska, tak i v zahraničí. Jednotlivé faktory konkurenceschopnosti společnosti INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS, a.s. jsou zobrazeny ve vyhodnoceném dotazníku. Poslední aplikační analýza reakcí na předchozí kapitolu poukazuje na případné nedostatky společnosti INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS, a.s. a doporučení, které by měla firma realizovat do budoucna, pokud chce zlepšit svou konkurenceschopnost a své postavení na trhu.

This diploma thesis focuses on the competitiveness of INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS, a.s. and related partial issues. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS, a.s.
