Zhodnocení podpory sportu ve vybraných městech

Abstract

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení podpory sportu ve městěch Krnov, Opava a Bruntál. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, které souvisí s podporou sportu v Moravskoslezském kraji. Tato část je rozdělena na 2 kapitoly. V druhé kapitole je vysvětlena úloha veřejného sektoru v České republice při podpoře sportu a tělovýchovy, a jaké postavení zaujímá sport v národním hospodářství. Kapitola třetí se věnuje zhodnocení podpory sportu v Moravskoslezském kraji v oblasti financování, legislativy, sportovního prostředí a infrastruktury. Cílem čtvrté kapitoly je zhodnocení finanční podpory, legislativní úpravy a sportovního prostředí v období 2014 – 2016 ve městech Krnov, Opava a Bruntál. A zhodnocení zdrojů financování zimních stadionů ve vybraných městech. Aby bylo dosaženo stanoveného cíle bakalářské práce, je využita zejména metoda komparace a analýzy.

The main aim of this thesis is the evaluation of the support for sports in the city of Krnov, Opava and Bruntal. In the theoretical part are explained in terms that relate to the promotion of sports in Moravian-silesian region. This part is divided into 2 chapters. In the second chapter it explains the role of the public sector in the Czech republic in the promotion of sport and sports and what position occupies the sport in the national economy. Chapter three is dedicated to the appreciation of the support for sports in Moravian-silesian region in the area of financing, legislation, sports environment and infrastructure. The aim of the fourth chapter is the assessment of financial support, legislative modifications and the sports environment in the period 2014 – 2016 in the cities of Krnov, Opava and Bruntal. And the evaluation of the sources of financing of the winter stadiums in selected cities. In order to achieve the set goal of the bachelor thesis, is used in particular, the method of comparison and analysis.
