Analýza spokojenosti členů a zaměstnanců sportovního klubu

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou pracovní spokojenosti. Teoretická část je věnována charakteristice pracovní spokojenosti a faktorům, které ji ovlivňují včetně možných působení na pracovní nespokojenost. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum pracovní spokojenosti v konkrétní firmě.

This thesis deals with the issues of the job satisfaction. The theoretical part is given to the particular characteristics of the job satisfaction and to the factors which affect it. Including the possible effects on the behavior in the case of job dissatisfaction. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the research job satisfaction in a particular society.
