Stanovení hodnoty podniku VOP GROUP s.r.o.

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo stanovení hodnoty podniku VOP GROUP, s.r.o. k datu 1. 1. 2018. První část diplomové práce se zabývá představením a popisem teoretických východisek, jejichž znalost je základem pro provedení praktické části. Jsou zde popsány pojmy jako podnik, kategorizace hodnoty podniku a především jsou popsány jednotlivé metody, které byly použity ke stanovení hodnoty podniku. Konkrétně metoda DCF entity, metoda kapitalizace čistých výnosů a metoda účetní hodnoty. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na aplikaci získaných teoretických poznatků. V první části jsou provedeny analýzy, jejichž výstupy jsou podstatné pro provedení vybraných metod. Jako první byla provedena PEST analýza, tedy charakteristika politických, ekonomických, sociálních a technologických faktorů, které mají vliv na analyzovaný podnik. Dále byla provedena Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil a stručná analýza odvětví, ve kterém podnik působí. Stěžejní část práce představuje finanční analýza, konkrétně výpočet poměrových ukazatelů. V poslední části práce byla stanovena hodnota podniku pomocí vybraných metod. Nejprve byla stanovena hodnota vlastního kapitálu dvoufázovou metodou DCF entity. Jako další byla zvolena metoda kapitalizace čistých výnosů. Poslední zvolenou metodou byla metoda účetní hodnoty, která je chápána jako doplňková metoda.

The main aim of the thesis was determination of the value of the company VOP GROUP, s.r.o. at the date 1st January 2018. The first part of the thesis is concerned to introduction of the company and description of the theoretical terms. The knowledge of theoretical terms is necessary for implementation of the practical part. In this part we can find description of terms such as company, categorization of value of the company and especially there is description of the individuals methods, which were used for determination of the value of the company – DCF entity, method of the capitalization of the net earnings and method of the book value. In the practical part there is application of the gained theoretical knowledges. The one chapter is focused on application of analyses and their results, which are necessary for implementation of selected methods. As first PEST analyse was implemented. This method consists of political, economic, social and technological factors affecting the analysed company. Porter´s five forces analyse and brief analyse of the company´s sphere are another methods, which were realized. The main part contains financial analyse and especially financial ratios. In the last chapter there is determination of the value of the company by selected methods - value of the equity, which was determinated by two-step DCF entity method, another method was capitalization of net earnings and the last selected method was method of the book value, which is only additional method.
