Organizace a řízení sportovní akce

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem principu managementu, řízení a organizace sportovní akce Fitness session. Na základě získaných poznatků, podkladů a osobní zkušenosti rozvijí jednotlivé fáze organizace a řízení. Teoretická část se zabývá definicemi a objasněním pojmů, které byly důležité pro pochopení stěžejních bodů této práce. Praktická část zahrnuje popis akce, plánovací fázi, realizační fázi a fázi hodnotící. Zde jsou aplikovány získané teoretické poznatky. Použité metody výzkumu nalezly vhodné doporučení a návrhy do dalších ročníků. Jedná se především tedy o komparaci prvého a druhého ročníku akce, analýzu SWOT a analýzu rizik. Výsledkem komparace je návrh k návratu prvotní myšlenky open air akce v letním termínu. Pomocí SWOT analýzy byly nalezeny silné a slabé stránky a také hrozby a příležitosti, které jsou s touto sportovní akcí spojeny. Analýza rizik popisuje možné hrozby realizace akce a možnosti jejich minimalizace. Návrhy a doporučení můžeme vnímat jako východisko pro organizaci dalšího ročníku. Pro další ročník je především doporučeno se zaměřit více na výběr termínu a místa akce v přípravné fázi. Následně pak propagaci akce zacílit ve větší míře na fitness skupiny, které se primárně podobných akcí účastní.

This bachelor thesis deals with the description of the management and organization of a sport event Fitness session. On the basis of the acquired knowledge, backgrounds and personal experience individual phases of organization and management are developed. The theoretical part deals with definitions and clarification of concepts that were important for understanding the core points of this thesis. The practical part includes the description of the event, the planning phase, the implementation phase and the evaluation phase in which the applied theoretical knowledge was applied. The research methods used found suitable recommendations and suggestions for next years. This is primarily a comparison of the first and second year of the event, SWOT analysis and risk analysis. The result of the comparison is a suggestion of returning the initial idea of open air events in summer. SWOT analysis has identified strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities associated with this sport event. Risk analysis describes possible threats to the action and the prospect of minimizing them. Suggestions and recommendations may be seen as the basis for organizing the event in following years. For the next year, it is especially recommended to focus more on the choice of the date and location of the event in the preparatory phase. Subsequently, a promotion of the event ought to be focused on the fitness groups primarily involved in similar events.
