| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování návrhu klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti pro výrobní podnik. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na teoreticko-metodologická východiska týkající se výkonnosti a definování přístupu k měření výkonnosti. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku společnosti Papcel a.s., aplikaci popsaných metod a komentáře k výsledkům. Součástí práce jsou i návrhy a doporučení pro používání klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti. | cs |
