Analýza trhu práce v okrese Frýdek-Místek

Abstract

Cílem této práce je zejména vyhodnocení situace na trhu práce v okrese Frýdek-Místek za období 2014-2016, vč. návrhu doporučení, která by mohla pomoci ke snížení nezaměstnanosti v tomto okrese.

Vyhodnocení situace a návrhu doporučení předchází teoretická část zaměřená na definování základních pojmů souvisejících s trhem práce a nezaměstnaností, vymezení druhů nezaměstnanosti a údaje o nezaměstnanosti v ČR a jednotlivých krajích. V další části práce je popsán okres Frýdek-Místek a jeho specifika. V praktické části je provedena SWOT analýza okresu Frýdek-Místek a analýza trhu práce v tomto území z hlediska různých faktorů. Následně jsou zpracovány výsledky analýzy a navržena doporučení pro snížení nezaměstnanosti v tomto okrese.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is mainly to evaluate the situation on the labour market in the district of Frýdek-Místek for the period 2014-2016, incl. a draft of recommendations that could help reduce unemployment in this district.

The evaluation of the situation and the draft of recommendations is preceded by the theoretical part focused on the definition of basic terms related to labour market and unemployment, definition of types of unemployment and data on unemployment in the Czech Republic and individual regions. The next part of the thesis describes the district of Frýdek-Místek and its specifics. In the practical part, the SWOT analysis of the Frýdek-Místek district and the analysis of the labour market in this territory have been made in terms of various factors. Subsequently, the results of the analysis are drawn up and recommendations for reducing unemployment in this district are proposed.
