Hodnocení dopadů čerpání strukturálních fondů Evropské unie na konkurenceschopnost členských států v programovém období 2007–2013

Abstract

Předmětem řešení diplomové práce je problematika politiky soudržnosti Evropské unie a s ní spojené konkurenceschopnosti. Diplomová práce podává ucelený pohled na politiku soudržnosti EU v programovém období 2007-2013. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení efektivity čerpání finančních prostředků členskými státy EU a dopad tohoto čerpání na konkurenceschopnost daných států. V první kapitole jsou popsány koncepty konkurenceschopnosti a politiky soudržnosti EU. Druhá kapitola je věnována ex-post hodnocení politiky soudržnosti EU v programovém období 2007-2013. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na vyhodnocení efektivity čerpání finančních prostředků členskými státy EU prostřednictvím analýzy obalů dat. V druhé části je rozebrán vliv efektivity čerpání finanční pomoci na konkurenceschopnost členských států EU

The object of the diploma thesis is the issue of cohesion policy of the European Union and related concept of competitiveness. The diploma thesis gives a comprehensive view on the European Union Cohesion policy in programing period 2007-2013. The target of the diploma thesis is evaluation the efficiency of drawing of the EU funds and impact of the EU countries competitiveness. The first chapter describes concepts of competitiveness and cohesion politics of the EU. The second chapter is focused on ex-post evaluation of the EU Cohesion policy in programing period 2007-2013. The third chapter deeply investigates evaluation of the efficiency of drawing of the EU funds by analysing data packages. The second half describes influence of the efficiency of drawing of the EU funds on competitiveness of the EU Member States.
