| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce je posoudit vliv cyklických faktorů a vybraných nástrojů makroprudenční politiky na ceny nemovitostí v České republice mezi lety 2009-2016. Sestaven je model lineární regrese, který je odhadován pomocí metody nejmenších čtverců. V práci je analyzován vliv hrubého domácího produktu, úrokových sazeb, změny objemu hypotečních úvěrů a nástroje LTV na změny ceny nemovitostí. | cs |

Set up is a linear regression model that is estimated using the least squares method. The work analyzes the impact of gross domestic product, interest rates, changes in the volume of mortgage loans and LTV on property price changes. | en |
