Komparace postojů generací X a Y v cestovním ruchu

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je komparace postojů generací X a Y v cestovním ruchu. V první části práce jsou popsána teoretická vymezení týkající se metodiky a metod zpracování práce, struktury a významu cestovního ruchu v ČR a na závěr je popsáno generační členění společnosti. Výzkum je situován v druhé části práce, kde je taktéž provedena analýza postojů zkoumaných generací. Realizace výzkumu proběhla za pomoci elektronického dotazníkového šetření a zahrnovala finální vzorek 316 respondentů. Získaná data byla zpracována za pomocí programu Excel 2016. Výsledky práce poskytli zajímavý pohled obou generací na problematiku cestovního ruchu. Bylo zjištěno v čem se názory a postoje generace X a generace Y odlišují či naopak přibližují. Návrhy a doporučení v závěru práce jsou vyhotovena především pro subjekty působící na trhu cestovního ruchu.

The theme of this thesis is the comparison of attitude of generation X and Y in the tourism. The first part describes the theoretical definitions of methodology and methods, structure and importance of tourism in the Czech Republic and intergenerational differences. The research is in the second part of the thesis and includes the analysis of attitudes of the generations X and Y. The research was realized by and electronic questionnaire survey and includes a sample of 316 respondents. The obtained data were further processed in the program Excel 2016. The results of research provided an interesting view of both generations. It has been found out how the views and attitudes of generation X and generation Y differ, or vice versa. Suggestions and recommendations at the end of the thesis are for entities of tourism mainly.
