Analýza využití opuštěné zóny pro podnikání

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se v první řadě věnuje charakteristice dříve zcela opuštěné zóny bývalého Dolu Dukla v Havířově (okres Karviná), který je Agenturou pro regionální rozvoj evidován jako Dukla Industrial Park. V následující části jsou obecně popsána možná východiska řešení, a to zejména možnosti financování, vyjmenovány instituce napomáhající revitalizaci a naznačen postup řešení. Stěžejní náplní práce je vytvoření detailní analýzy opuštěné zóny bývalého Dolu Dukla, která bude shrnuta SWOT analýzou a analýzy podnikatelského prostředí. Dílčím cílem je diskuse a návrh možného využití zóny pro podnikání.

The bachelor thesis deals primarily with the characteristics of the previously abandoned zone of the former Dukla Mine in Havířov (district of Karviná), which is registered as Dukla Industrial Park by the Agency for Regional Development. In the following part, the possible starting points of the solution are described, in particular the possibilities of financing, the institutions supporting the revitalization and the procedure of the solution. The main task of the thesis is to create a detailed analysis of the abandoned zone of the former Dukla mine, which will be summarized by SWOT analysis and analysis of the business environment. The partial objective is to discuss and design a possible use of the business zone.
