Fundraising neziskové organizace

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza fundraisingových forem a metod využívaných v organizaci Charity Český Těšín. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy, charakteristiku nestátních neziskových organizací a metody využívající se ve fundraisingu. Na teoretickou část navazuje praktická část práce, která se věnuje vícezdrojovému financování organizace. Je vytvořena horizontální a vertikální analýza. Dále je zhotovena BCG matice, která poukazuje na vybrané metody fundraisingu a jejich úspěšnost v organizaci. Poslední část práce se věnuje návrhům a doporučením, díky kterým by se mohl zvýšit příjem financí organizace právě konkrétními fundraisingovými metodami.

Aim of this B.A. thesis is to assess current financing of an NGO and find new modes of fundraising. The chosen NGO is named Charita Český Těšín. Theoretical part of the thesis introduces basic concepts, characteristics of non-state NGOs, as well as methods of fundraising. Practical section of the thesis follows and is dedicated to multi-source financing of the given NGO. Both horizontal and vertical analysis have been included into this thesis. Furthermore, BCG pattern has been introduced, showing chosen methods of fundraising and their effectiveness in this regard. Final section of the thesis discusses suggestions and recommendations on making financing of the given NGO more effective in terms of the aforementioned fundraising methods.
