Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to give a comprehensive assessment of the financial and financial conditions of the SHISEIDO group. Financial analysis is a kind of judgment process that aims to assess the current or past financial status and operating results of an enterprise. Its main purpose is to make the best predictions about the company's future conditions and operating performance. It is a very important process for managers and investors. For managers, financial analysis not only plays an important role in the internal production and operation management of an enterprise, but also plays an important role in external investment decision-making, loan decision-making, and credit sales decision-making. For investors, the results of the financial analysis made them understand the current financial position of the company, whether the company’s current and long-term profit levels were high, and whether the company’s earnings were vulnerable to major changes.

Cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní zhodnocení finančních podmínek skupiny SHISEIDO. Finanční analýza je proces, jehož cílem je zhodnotit současný nebo minulý finanční stav a provozní výsledky podniku. Jeho hlavním účelem je poskytnout nejlepší předpovědi o budoucích podmínkách a provozních výsledcích společnosti. Je to velmi důležitý proces pro manažery a investory. Pro manažery hraje finanční analýza nejen důležitou roli ve vnitřním výrobním a provozním řízení podniku, ale také hraje důležitou roli při rozhodování o vnějším investování, při rozhodování o půjčování a rozhodování o úvěru. Pro investory výsledky finanční analýzy vedou k porozumění současné finanční situaci společnosti, zda byla současná a dlouhodobá úroveň zisku společnosti vysoká a zda byly zisky společnosti ohroženy zásadními změnami.
