Abstract

Bakalářská práce popisuje návrh podnikatelského záměru podniku v pohostinství. Obsahuje dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje jednotlivé kroky k vytvoření podnikatelského záměru, praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci teoretické části do praxe.

The bachelor thesis describes the proposal the business plan of the enterprise in the hospitality industry. The thesis contains the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the individual steps to make the business plan. The practical part is focused on the application of the theoretical part into practice.
