Návrh hodnocení úspěšnosti start-up firem

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zpracována na téma návrh hodnocení úspěšnosti start-up firem. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti start-up firem. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé organizace podporující začínající firmy, možnosti získání finanční podpory a jednotlivé přístupy, metody a techniky pro hodnocení start-up firem. V další části je představena společnost LumiTRIX s.r.o. a Centrum podpory inovací včetně pracoviště Podnikatelského inkubátoru v Ostravě. Následuje charakteristika a analýza stávajícího systému hodnocení start-up firem v Podnikatelském inkubátoru. V praktické části je vytvořen návrh hodnocení start-up firem, který je testován na firmě zabývající se outdoor a indoor projekčními systémy. V závěrečné části této diplomové práce jsou shrnuty výsledky a uvedeny návrhy a doporučení v oblastech vykazující potenciál zlepšení.

This diploma thesis is processed on the topic of Proposal of Evaluation for Start-up Success. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis deals with the description of the start-up companies. There are described organizations supporting start-up companies, possibilities of obtaining financial support and approaches, methods and techniques for evaluating start-ups. Other part of this thesis represents the company LumiTRIX s.r.o. and Center for Innovation Support, including Business Incubator in Ostrava. Subsequently describes and analyses of the existing system of evaluation for start-ups in Business Incubator. In the practical part is suggested a proposal for the evaluation of start-ups, which is tested on the company LumiTRIX s.r.o. dealing with the outdoor and indoor projection system. There are result summary, suggestion and recommendation in possible improvements at the end of this diploma thesis.
