Založení podnikatelského subjektu a zahájení jeho činnosti

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je aplikace procesu založení a vzniku společnosti s ručením omezeným a podnikatelského plánu v oblasti raw stravování. V práci najdeme teoretický koncept podnikání, vysvětlení jednotlivých forem podnikání s důrazem na změny v obchodním právu a v neposlední řadě je zde popsán podnikatelský plán a jeho náležitosti. Dále jsou v ní detailně popsány a veškeré náležitosti a povinnosti před začátkem podnikání, při jeho zahájení a v jeho průběhu na fiktivní firmě. Tu potká změna v podobě odchodu společníka a vypořádání jeho podílu. V poslední části je představen podnikatelský plán společnosti, který je určen pro získání investora.

The aim of this dissertation is the application of the establishment and creation of the self-regulatory organization and business plan in the field of a raw food. What you can find in the dissertation is the theoretical concept of entrepreneurship, various forms of entrepreneurship with emphasis on changes in businnes law and explanation of these forms of entrepreneuship and also business plan and its essentials. Furthermore, it shows all needed essentials before establishing entrepreneurship, at its start and in its process, in detail on fictive company. Then there is a change regarding departure of an associate and settlement of his share. In the last part we find a business plan of company designed to attract potential investor.
