Tvorba procesní mapy ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

V diplomové práci je řešena problematika procesního řízení ve vybraném podniku. Danou firmou je agentura domácí péče. V první části této práce jsou popsány metody, které blíže charakterizují prostředí firmy a firmu samotnou. V teoretické části jsou objasněna teoretická východiska, která se vztahují k problematice procesního řízení. Tyto poznatky byly využity v praktické části. Za účelem získání potřebných informací bylo využito rovněž pozorování, rozhovoru a také ukázky pracovního dne se zdravotní sestrou. Výsledkem práce bylo vytvoření procesní mapy za pomocí softwarového programu ATTIS. Z důvodu velkého rozsahu procesní mapy, byl rovněž využit želví diagram a diagram toků, které procesní mapu zpřehledňují. V sekci doporučení lze také vidět různá omezení, která souvisí s podnikáním v domácí péči.

The thesis dealt with the issue of process management in the selected company. The company is a home care agency. In the first part of this thesis are described methods that characterize the company environment and the company itself. The theoretical part explains the theoretical bases that relate to the issue of process management. These theoretical findings were applied in the practical part. For this purpose were applied observation, interview and demonstration of a working day with a nurse too. The result of the work was a creating of a process map with using ATTIS software program. Because of the large scale of the process map were also used a turtle diagram and a flow diagram. You can also see various restrictions of the home care business in the recommendations section.
