Aplikace procesního řízení v obchodní bance

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je aplikace procesního řízení v obchodní bance. Obchodní banka si přála zůstat v anonymitě a z toho důvodu je označována jako obchodní banka X, či společnost X. Cílem práce bylo vytvoření želvího diagramu a podprocesů, které vizualizují a popisují procesy se kterými přijdou zaměstnanci do styku. První kapitolou je úvod, který představuje shrnutí bankovnictví v České republice, vysvětluje jeho růst a nové trendy, které se v dnešní době v bankovním odvětví vyskytují. Dále vymezuje cíl a předmět, který byl pro účely práce vymezen. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na metodiku a metody zpracování diplomové práce. Kapitola je zaměřena na Želví diagram, vysvětluje, k čemu se využívá, v čem tkví jeho síla, z jakých částí se skládá a co znamenají. Dále popisuje cestu k dosažení informací a dat, které byly v diplomové práci využívány. Třetí kapitola se věnuje teoretickému obsahu. Teoretická část zahrnuje pojmy, jakými jsou procesy, procesní řízení, standardizace procesů a další. Vymezena je rovněž kultura organizace, organizační struktura a manažerský styl vedení. Ve čtvrté kapitole je popsána samotná organizace, pro kterou je diplomová práce zpracovávána. Popis je zaměřen na představení obchodní banky X, vysvětluje nejprodávanější produkty, vysvětluje organizační strukturu a další. Pátá kapitola slouží k aplikaci Želvího diagramu. Dále jsou procesy rozčleněny do podprocesů. Tyto činnosti významně pomohly k dosažení cíle práce. V šesté kapitole jsou přehledně shrnuty zjištěné výsledky, které byly využity při tvorbě doporučení a návrhů pro obchodní banku X.

The topic of this thesis is the application of the process management in the business bank. The business bank wished to remain anonymous and for this reason it is referred to as business bank X or company X. The aim of the work was to create a turtle diagram and threads that visualize and describe processes that employees will come into contact with. The first chapter is an introduction, which is a summary of banking in the Czech Republic, explains its growth and new trends that are nowadays in the banking sector. It further defines the objective and subject matter that has been defined for the purpose of the work. The second chapter focuses on the methodology and methods of processing the thesis. The chapter focuses on the Turtle Diagram, explains what it is used for, what its strength lies, what parts it consists of and what it means. It also describes the way to achieve the information and data used in the thesis. The third chapter is devoted to theoretical content. The theoretical part includes concepts such as processes, process management, process standardization and more. Organizational culture, organizational structure and management style are also defined. The fourth chapter describes the organization for which the thesis is processed. The description focuses on the introduction of Business Bank X, explains the best selling products, explains the organizational structure and more. The fifth chapter is for applying the Turtle Diagram. Furthermore, the processes are subdivided into threads. These activities have significantly helped to achieve the goal of work. The sixth chapter summarizes the results that have been used in the creation of recommendations and proposals for the business bank X.
