Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce s názvem „Analýza a návrh na zlepšení systému řízení zásob ve výrobním podniku“ je analýza systému řízení zásob materiálu ve výrobním podniku HP trend, s.r.o. s využitím metody ABC analýzy, stručný popis procesů týkající se zásob materiálu, navržení objednacího systému pro materiály skupiny A pro neautomotive výrobu a navržení nového systému hodnocení dodavatelů společnosti HP trend, s.r.o. Práce popisuje základní teoretické poznatky k dané problematice. Pozornost je věnována zejména řízení zásob s využitím metody ABC analýzy. V praktické části jsou analyzovány zásoby materiálových položek společnosti HP trend, s.r.o. s využitím metody ABC analýzy dle spotřeby těchto položek v roce 2018 vyjádřené v peněžních jednotkách. Dále jsou popsány procesy související se zásobami. V další části práce jsou popsány návrhy na možná zlepšení procesů, navržen nový způsob hodnocení dodavatelů a proveden návrh pojistné zásoby a vhodného objednacího systému materiálů pro oblast neautomotive výroby.

The aim of this diploma thesis with the title "Analysis and Proposal to Improve Inventory Management System at the Production Company" is analysis of the material inventory management system at the production company HP trend, s.r.o. by using the ABC analysis method, a brief description of the processes related to the material inventory, the design of the replenishment system of materials inventories for Group A by using the material with the highest consumption from group A for noautomotive production and a design a new supplier evaluation system, HP trend, s.r.o. The thesis describes theoretical knowledge of the issue. Particular attention is paid to inventory management using the ABC analysis method. In the practical part the material inventory of the company HP trend, s.r.o. are analyzed by using the ABC analysis method according to consumption of these items in 2018 expressed in monetary units. Furthermore, processes related to the material inventory are described. In the next part of the thesis proposal for possible processes improvements are described, a new way of evaluating suppliers is proposed and a proposal of safety stock and suitable replenishment system of materials inventories for the area of noautomotive production is executed.
