Analýza hospodaření a managementu sportovního klubu

Abstract

Myšlenkou této bakalářské práce je pomocí příslušných zdrojů či literatury analyzovat sportovní klub a identifikovat jeho silné či slabé stránky v oblasti finančního řízení, hospodaření a managementu samotné organizace a jejích oddílů s primárním zaměřením na oddíl národní házené. Cílem je však vytvoření návrhu či doporučení, která by mohla být předložena vedení klubu a mohla by vést ke zlepšení situace spojené s řešenou problematikou. V teoretické části je rozvinuta základní terminologie, která slouží k objasnění pojmů či výrazů zásadních pro orientování se ve výzkumném šetření anebo bližší zaměření na skutečnost. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou vzájemně propojených částí. První částí je popis a charakteristika sportovního klubu a jeho areálu či vnitřního prostředí. Ve druhé části se již bakalářská práce zabývá jednotlivými výzkumnými šetřeními, jež jsou důležitá pro zhodnocení a jsou jakýmsi podložením mého názoru. Výzkumnými metodami, které jsou zahrnuty v této části jsou rozhovory s předními osobami klubu, dotazníkové šetření či SWOT analýza, pomocí které bylo vytvořeno doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení životní situace klubu.

The idea of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the sports club using relevant sources or literature and to identify its strengths and weaknesses in the area of financial management, economy and management of the organization and its clubs with a primary focus on section the national handbal. However, the aim is to create a proposal or recommendation that could be submitted to the club management and could lead to an improvement in the situation related to this issue. The theoretical part is focused on basic terminology, which is used to clarify terms or expressions needed for orientation in research or to focus on reality. The practical part is divided into two interconnected parts. The first part is the description and characteristics of the sports club and its surroundings or the indoor environment. The second part of the thesis is focused on individual research surveys, which are important for evaluation and are a kind of support for my opinion. Research methods included in this section are interviews with leading club members, questionnaire surveys or SWOT analysis, on the basis of which recommendations have been made to improve the life situation of the club.
