Návrh implementace metody Balanced Scorecard ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Práce je zaměřena na navržení implementace metody Balanced Scorecard ve výrobním podniku. Teoreticko-metodologická část vymezuje podstatu měření výkonnosti a metodu Balanced Scorecard, včetně jednotlivých perspektiv. Pro potřeby implementace metody jsou vymezeny metody projektového řízení. V praktické části je charakterizována vybraná společnost a provedena analýza perspektiv. Pro perspektivy jsou navrženy cíle, měřítka a cílové hodnoty. Implementace metody je znázorněna metodou CPM v programu MS Project. Je navržen implementační tým, stanoveny strategické akce a zpřehledněn proces řízení implementace na celopodnikové úrovni. V závěru práce je navržen model metody Balanced Scorecard v podmínkách podniku.

The work is focused on the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method in the manufacturing company. The theoretical and methodological part defines the essence of performance measurement and the Balanced Scorecard method, including individual perspectives. Methods of project management are defined for the purpose of implementation method. In the practical part the selected company is characterized and the perspective analysis is performed. For perspectives are proposed goals, benchmarks and target values. The implementation method is represented by the CPM method in MS Project. An implementation team is constructed, strategic actions are set and the process of managing the implementation at the company level is made clearer. At the end of the thesis, the model of Balanced Scorecard is proposed in the conditions of the company.
