Analýza investičního záměru sportovního klubu

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je stanovit, při jakých hodnotách peněžních příjmů a výdajů je investiční záměr přijatelný a které vstupní parametry toto stanovisko nejvíce ovlivňují. Při hodnocení je použita metoda stanovení čisté současné hodnoty, společně s indexem ziskovosti a vnitřním výnosovým procentem. Investiční záměr je hodnocen ve více variantách možného financování investičního záměru a ve třech možných scénářích vývoje vstupních parametrů. Součástí je také analýza citlivosti pro vybrané vstupní parametry.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine at what values of money income and expenditure the investment project is acceptable and which input parameters influence this opinion the most. The assessment uses the net present value method, together with the profitability index and the internal rate of return. The investment plan is evaluated in several possible financing options for the investment plan and in three possible scenarios for the development of input parameters. Sensitivity analysis for selected input parameters is also included.
