Analýza budoucího rozvoje účetní společnosti

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení možnosti budoucího rozvoje společnosti KREPOST Finance s.r.o., poskytující účetní služby v letech 2019–2021. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, kterou doplňuje zhodnocení a doporučení pro účetní společnost, a přílohy. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody a techniky hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti, marketingová a cenová strategie a postupy finanční analýzy. Praktická část obsahuje vyhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku za použití Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil a zhodnocení marketingu a cenové politiky. V této části je dále zpracována finanční analýza společnosti a zhodnocena dostupnost lidských zdrojů. V závěrečné části bakalářské práce je uvedeno zhodnocení zjištění na základě provedených analýz a jsou zde navržena doporučení pro zajištění stability a rozvoje účetní společnosti.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the possibility of future development of the KREPOST Finance s.r.o. company, which providing accounting services, between years 2019-2021. Thesis is divided into the theoretical part and practical part, which is complemented by the evaluation and recommendations for the accounting company, and the annexes. The theoretical part defines the methods and techniques of assessing company's competitiveness, marketing and pricing strategies and the financial analysis procedures. The practical part contains evaluation of the company competitiveness using Porter's five competitive forces framework and evaluation of marketing and pricing policy. In this part, there is also elaborated the financial analysis of the company and evaluated availability of human resources. In the final part of the bachelor thesis, there is an evaluation of the findings based on the performed analyses and there are suggested recommendations for ensuring of the stability and development of the accounting company.
