| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem podnikatelského plánu pro malou firmu v odvětví nealkoholických nápojů. V první části této práce jsou objasněna teoretická východiska, která se vztahují k částem analýzy současného podniku, doporučením pro firmu a podnikatelskému plánu. Poznatky z analýzy současného stavu podniku jsou v práci využity pro sestavení doporučení pro firmu, která jsou aplikována v podnikatelském plánu. Výstupem této práce je podnikatelský plán pro společnost White s.r.o, který bude společností aplikován. | cs |

The first part of this work explains the theoretical bases that relate to parts of the analysis of the current company, recommendations for the company and business plan. The results from the analysis of the current situation of the company are used in the recommendations for the company, which are applied in the business plan.
