Analýza regionálních trhů práce v České republice

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vývoj regionálních trhů práce, který je analyzován za pomocí konceptu Beveridgeovy křivky. Ten znázorňuje inverzní vztah míry nezaměstnanosti a míry volných pracovních míst. Zároveň slouží jako velmi zajímavý nástroj k analýze regionálních trhů práce. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit koncept Beveridgeovy křivky, a to na území České republiky a jejích krajů, od roku 2005 do roku 2018. V práci je využita metoda komparace, analýzy, a to konkrétně shlukové analýzy, prognózy, deskripce a rešerše teoretické i empirické literatury. Práce je rozvržena do celkového počtu šesti kapitol, obsahově však na část teoretickou, empirickou a aplikační. Koncept Beveridgeovy křivky platí jak na úrovni celé České republiky, tak také jejích regionů. Na polohu a umístění Beveridgeovy křivky má vliv mnoho aspektů, jak již změna agregátní aktivity, tak také ostatní faktory např. demografické, institucionální aj. Na základě umístění křivek jsou regiony klasifikovány na několik homogenních skupin a to pro období před ekonomickou krizí 2008, během krize a po krizi.

The thesis is focused on the development of regional labour markets, which is analyzed using the concept Beveridge curve. It shows the inverse relationship between unemployment rate and job vacancy rate. It also serves as a very interesting tool for analyzing regional labour markets. The aim of the study is to evaluate the concept of the Beveridge curve in the Czech Republic and their regions, from 2005 to 2018 year. In the thesis is used the method of comparison, analysis, namely cluster analysis, prognosis, description and research of theoretical and empirical literature. The thesis is divided into a total of six chapters, but the content is theoretical, empirical and application. The concept of the Beveridge curve applies to both the Czech Republic and its regions. Many aspects affect the position and location of the Beveridge curve, both the change in aggregate activity and other factors such as demographic, institutional, etc. Based on the location of the curves, the regions are classified into several homogeneous groups, namely before the economic crisis of 2008, during the crisis and after the crisis.
