Analýza vývoje zadluženosti a aktivity společnosti KORDÁRNA Plus a.s.

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení vývoje zadluženosti a aktivity společnosti KORDÁRNA Plus a.s. za období 2013–2017. Bakalářská práce je složena z pěti kapitol, včetně úvodu a závěru. Druhá kapitola bude věnována popisu metodiky finanční analýzy. V této kapitole budou popsány zdroje informací, uživatelé a metody finanční analýzy. Ve třetí kapitole bude představena společnost KORDÁRNA Plus a následně bude provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza. Ve čtvrté kapitole budou zhodnoceny výsledky ukazatelů zadluženosti a aktivity. Součástí této kapitoly budou také pyramidové rozklady a srovnání vybraných ukazatelů s odvětvím. Na závěr čtvrté kapitoly budou shrnuty výsledky získané finanční analýzou.

The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the evolution of solvency and activity of the company KORDÁRNA Plus a.s. over the period 2013–2017. The thesis is consisted of five chapters, including introduction and conclusion. The second chapter will focus on the theoretical background of the financial analysis, in particular its users, sources and methods. The third chapter will focus on the characteristic of the company KORDÁRNA Plus and its horizontal and vertical analysis. The fourth chapter will contain evaluation of solvency and activity ratios, pyramidal decomposition and comparison to industry average. In conclusion of this chapter will be summarized results of the financial analysis.
