Zhodnocení finančního zdraví dopravního podniku

Abstract

Náplní bakalářské práce je provedení finanční analýzy za účelem zhodnocení celkové finanční situace ve vybraném dopravním podniku. Práce je členěna do tří hlavních částí. První část vymezuje a definuje teoretická východiska finanční analýzy a snaží se zachytit podstatu dané problematiky. Objasňuje základní pojmy a veškeré metody, které jsou využity v praktické části práce. Druhá část je zaměřena na vybraný podnik SOLANSKÝ s.r.o.. Společnost je zde představena a charakterizována. V třetí části jsou vybrané metody aplikovány do prostředí zvolené firmy v období pěti let. Veškeré metody a postupy, které byly využity jsou teoreticky popsány v části první. Z dosažených výsledků u jednotlivých ukazatelů či metod je provedeno shrnutí. Dále jsou nastíněny návrhy ke zlepšení finančního zdraví a celkové výkonnosti podniku.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is creation of financial analysis to evaluate complete financial situation of a transportation corporation. This document is divided into several main parts. In the first part, we will define basic terms and methods that will be used in practical parts of this paper. This is done to establish limitations and theoretical framework used while creating this financial analysis. The second part will introduce and characterize our chosen corporation, SOLANSKÝ s.r.o.. We will explain its line of business and provide first look at its finances. In the third part, we will apply previously selected methods into the data collected from the last five years of operation of the corporation and summary of the results will be provided. In conclusion, we will offer solutions to help improve financial health and overall performance of the corporation.
