Analýza pracovních úrazů ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu pracovních úrazů ve stavebním podniku. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí základních pojmů pracovního práva a obsahuje charakteristiky odpovědnosti zaměstnavatele za škodu na zdraví zaměstnance. Jsou zde popsány všechny druhy náhrad v souvislosti s odpovědnostními vztahy a taktéž jsou zde formulovány požadavky na evidenci pracovních úrazů právnickou osobou a zásady BOZP. Cílem bakalářské práce je v prvé řadě analyzovat postup zaměstnavatele při odškodňování pracovních úrazů, zhodnotit, zda zaměstnavatel dodržuje příslušná ustanovení zákoníku práce a zjistit, zda podnik disponuje směrnicí, či jiným podobným dokumentem, kterým se v daných případech řídí.

this bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of injuries in the construction enterprise. The theoretical part deals with definitions of basic terms of labour law and it contains the characteristics of the accountabilities the employer has for the damage to health of the employee. There are also described all kinds of compensations in connection with accountable relations and there are also formulated the demands to the evidence of work injuries by juridical person and the principles of OHS. Above all the aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the procedure of the employer during carrying out the compensations of work injuries and to evaluate if the enterprise is endowed with the guideline or any other similar document they follow in stated situation.
