Ocenění podniku v odvětví nealkoholických nápojů pomocí výnosových metod

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění podniku Kofola a.s. a stanovení její tržní hodnoty pomocí výnosových metod. Ocenění bylo provedeno pomocí dvoufázových metod DCF-Entity a EVA entity. Srovnání bylo provedeno, také s metodou účetní. Práce je rozčleněna do 5 kapitol, včetně úvodu a závěru. Druhá kapitola se týká metodiky související s oceňováním podniku. V třetí kapitole je daná metodika aplikovaná na vybraný podniku a čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje zhodnocení dosažených výsledků a analýzu rizika pomocí citlivostní analýzy a scénářů vývoje podniku.

The aim of the thesis is the valuation of the company Kofola a.s. and to establish its market value with using the yield method. The valuation was made by a two-phased method od DFC-Entity and EVA entity. The comparison was also made with the accounting method. The thesis is divided into five chapters, including the introduction and the conclusion. The second chapter concerns to the methodology of the valuation of the company. In the third chapter, there is the methodology applied in the selected company and the fourth chapter contains evaluation of the results achieved and risk analysis using the sensitivity analysis and the development strategy of the company.
